Everything was really easy. I was contacted whilst I was exploring storage options, and Maria and Fiona who I spoke to separately through phone and chat box respectively were very helpful given I was looking for an extremely last minute storage. The process was very smooth and simple, and wonderfully fast and efficient. I have no problems with how my enquiry was handled. Things were simple and straightforward, and easy to understand.

Thanks to pleasant Stephanie, and pro-active Jamie this transaction was made seamless. The whole experience made us feel that even in a worst thunderstorm, we will find our way to Big Yellow!
