I did not much like the on-line process but once I got to the warehouse, I found Jamie Lee, the member of staff who dealt with me, exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I was moving under very stressful circumstances. The team at Big Yellow Storage Oxford were so friendly and reassuring and made the check in process incredibly easy. They didn't know that I was fleeing from an abusive living environment and their kindness and smiling faces made every bit of difference. They were also incredible, kind and efficient over the phone when making the booking. I really hope that this message is passed onto them as I am so very grateful.

My initial enquiry was handled well by Charlie who helped me arrange a unit, paperwork because I am out of the country due to the difficult circumstances, and a price breakdown. He followed up with me as agreed the next day.
Everything was explained clearly on the websites, and all additional questions were answered quickly and easily both over the phone and in-person.
I finally chose Yellow for price and name. Online Stephanie gave me good information and was really helpful. In reception when I went in to fill in the forms and pay and so on I was met by Charlie - what an ambassador for your company. He had that perfect blend of cheerfulness, friendliness, and professionalism. I asked so many questions and he answered them all, very knowledgeable. I have worked in the service industry (event management, retired now) and the sign of someone who loves their work is that when they hear the same question for the hundredth time they react as if it is the first time it has been asked. The facility is modern, clean, well it, and secure, with friendly and helpful staff - what not to like?
Jason was really helpful under tough conditions being unstaffed during Covid19, he was doing an great job and a credit to big yellow.
