very good, explained and shown to me very well which made it easy for me to understand

The initial reservation was very easy and I think the website is very user friendly however we have stored with the company for years but I dont recall that the paperwork being so onerous. The person who looked after us at the reception desk was extremely helpful but it still took a long time to register, sign forms,etc etc despite that I had check-in online the day before.

It was some of the best customer service I have ever received. It’s rare these days. Charlotte and Charlie were so nice and took their time to explain everything to me. I was super-happy with the server and the team at Oxford are a huge asset

Straightforward and free of stress. Any inquiries were answered promptly and politely over email, and changing account holder details was a breeze. On move-in day, Charlotte was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.
