The guy in the reception was very friendly.
Curtis at the Oxford branch was very friendly, helpful, and patient in guiding me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly over the phone (even with several call drops due to lost signal), as well as in person.
Phone line kept disconnecting but the man I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
All elements were well managed by very helpful people. This included he various warnings and prompts by email and telephone. However, one issue was in the final email checklist. Bringing photo ID and method of paymet were straightforward. The final point about arriving one hour before store closure did not trigger any urgency in me as I had previously (incorrectly) perceived that the Oxford branch was open until late; 8 or 9 o'clock. The telephone prompt served as a good correction; however, I was then put under immense pressure to achieve the desired time. I suggest that rather than putting "arrive by one hour before closure" amend the advice to read "arrive by 5.00 PM." This is because your 'one size fits all" arrival advice does not trigger a time reminder. Site-specific advice will mitigate this error.
The overall process was very smooth and easy! At the site, Stephanie was lovely and very helpful, so moving in was quick and pleasant.

The person in charge (Sergiu) was very kind, competent and helpful. Everything was handled well, quickly and to my satisfaction. Previous contacts via e-mail were always very satisfactory.
