the staff who attended to me when I made the initial enquiry was really good. He went to great lengths explain how things work and patiently took me through the different room quotes. He also told me about other services I was not aware of that Yellow Self Storage provides, such as receiving and collection of parcels etc. He also took me to see the different room sizes. He seemed passionate about his job and created a very good impression. He is the kind of person I'd want to hire in my own company. My moving in experience was good and went smoothly but a good foundation had been laid when I first made the enquiry.

I had no issues whatsoever when completing my move in, Jamie explained everything clearly and showed me everything that I needed to do to access my storage. Absolutely brilliant.

The whole process was very easy. The only improvement would be to give an itemised receipt of the initial charges instead of just a debit card receipt.

I dealt with a young man called Daniel, at the Oxford Cowley site. He had very good interpersonal skills and explained everything in an easy and professional manner. When I moved in, I was dealt with Stephanie. She is an exceptionally friendly, easy manner and professional young lady. What a pleasure to have a young person with so much confidence and ease of manner. Well done Stephenie.

Curtis at the Oxford branch was very friendly, helpful, and patient in guiding me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly over the phone (even with several call drops due to lost signal), as well as in person.
