The query was handled very swiftly and efficiently. It had been going on for months that I needed to move my things into storage but never had the time or resolve. Then I found a place in Bangor at half the price but decided it was too far to have to drive (on multiple trips) to move my stuff or get access to it. I think I got a very, very good deal, all things considered. The young lady who dealt with the request over the phone, plus the young lady who was in the office on the day I moved in (Stephanie) were exceptionally professional and helpful.

I was amazed how quick and stress free the branch responded to my online request. Communication was swift and all options were discussed at the onset with no hidden charges as some often come up with. Particularly the assistant branch manager Stephanie Purnell who dealt with us throughout. Stephanie was very professional, knowledgeable in the trade and offered all assistant within the context of Big Yellow operation code of conduct. She deserves more than a pat on the shoulder.

Initial inquiry was over the website. Had a polite phone call from Ben saying any question just give him a ring. Ben was very informative and helpful on the day we moved stuff into the storage unit.

- Very smooth, digital workflows. Extremely practical - Was a bit annoyed by the constant follow up but it was done professionally - Attempts to upsell suggest well-trained staff, very professionally done - very very well run business guys. I hope you are making money, you deserve it - Only :-( I have is access hours - I think the standard offering should include evening hours, the value proposition would then be absolutely perfect at minimal cost to you
