I gave this score as the staff on the main customer service phone line were extremely polite and helpful. On arrival at the Oxford depot on the Horspath Estate I was met by Ben, who was very polite, friendly and helpful. I also met his colleague Nate who to was very polite helpful and friendly. They both have made my first experience at Big Yellow Storage an enjoyable one and I will definitely recommend to all that require storage in the Oxford area to use The Big Yellow. Both Ben and Nate are a credit to The Big Yellow.

My first impression of Big Yellow was made when I needed a last minute storage solution after having to relocate temporarily, Big Yellow had a storage unit available even though it was the day before I needed it, they even offered me 50% off storage for the first 4 weeks and a refund for any of the remaining days on the contract after I close up. Dan made a follow-up call to me to make sure that everything was ready to begin using the unit, he was very polite efficient and knowledgeable. When I arrived at Big Yellow I was greeted by Dan and James who made we very welcome offering me a cup of tea while we went through the contract (Much Needed Cuppa!). The paperwork was completed swiftly and I was able to move my items into the unit quickly, Dan and James answered all the questions I had and were very helpful in understanding the procedures and details of the storage use. When I was done filling the unit James offered to call me a taxi, which was exactly the kind of service I needed to get back to the center of town and catch my train. When I returned to Big Yellow to clear out my unit I was greeted by Nate and James who were again both very friendly and actually took an interest in my life and situation, the move out was just as efficient and I even got a substantial refund as I left earlier than the contract end. Overall I would Highly recommend Big Yellow to anyone who needs a fast and efficient service by a quality team who are switched on and engaged.

The guy Nathan was pretty friendly, even when there were slight delays he was very apologetic and gave me a nice detailed walk-through on how to do everything.
