Staff were very helpful, and friendly, made the signing up process very easy. All things about the room were explained very clearly.

Exceptional Customer Service by the on-site team and also the recommended movers. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Had to get a bigger storage unit as I had acquired more stuff than I realised over 9 years. Both the movers and the team were so helpful and obliging and my friend and I were even offered coffee and a slice of pizza - so welcome as it was nearly 4pm and we hadn't eaten since early morning. A very big thank you to all for making the entire process so pleasant and pain-free.

The member of staff Stephanie was very efficient , helpful and friendly in putting me at ease as to what was a new experience for me . I was very , very impressed with your storage depot in Peterley Rd at Cowley and I am satisfied that my items are very safe .
