Lighting to units not great. Need lights in each unit to work (bulb removed in my unit, when asked about it was told main lighting in storage is sufficient, which its not really)

Very quick service. Charlotte the lady who helped with the process was extremely kind and helpful. She explained everything well detailed and with a big smile in every moment.

Convenience: the store is easy to reach by car, and opening hours are sufficient. The storage are is clean and accessible; and staff are helpful.
