The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything seems very secure and safe and I don't feel uneasy being there. Things were explained clearly before and during move in and all costs were explained up front. I can't remember the name of who I interacted with but he was really friendly.

I did give feedback on the 29th about the exceptional staff you have in oxford + oxford 2 that is why I scored as I have. The people I dealt with are rob James and especially Nate who was the biggest help when we arrived.

staff was helpful, friendly and informative. Good value for money also pad lock and packing products were available which saved me time. It's an easy way of storing your things.
