Good system Supportive staff Closeness to my home

Seemed efficient from the booking process to the check-in process. Friendly helpful staff on site at the Oxford location. However on the negative side the insurance is a rip off - as clearly you make a huge profit from the 'compulsory' insurance even though I would rather not have insured the items which are of little commercial value.

I find it quite expensive compared to other companies that I will source another company if I need to store my belongings for more than 4 weeks

Staff (Stephanie and colleague) very interested and helpful. Online documentation and quoting an easy process. Move in was rapid and hassle free.

Easy access first time out of hours late on Sunday evening. The team called me on my journey back to the uk that day to say the entry code etc had been tested and was working fine. Entry was straightforward, trolleys available, lifts etc efficient. Unload of a large van was completed in an hour, quicker than expected.
