On Sunday the man on duty was friendly and went out of his way to help me On Tuesday him and his colleague again where helpful and friendly, the knew I was struggling and couldn't do enough for me. They even made me a coffee. Please acknowledge their good service, I found the whole process simple and easy. Sorry I forget names. Thank you john

Almost everything impressed me, the facility, the security arrangements and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The only one little thing I wasn't happy about was the asking price of £13 for a padlock, but I simply went over the road and bought one from Toolmaster for £4 after checking with you it was good enough
