Charlotte was polite and helpful. Although she was dealing with another customer when I arrived, she greeted me promptly and explained that she would be with me shortly.

Unfortunately the computer was playing up and it took 90 minutes to book 35 sq ft of storage. I was particulary worried as I had to collect a letter for my daughter to take to the hospital for an emergency appointment. These things do happen just when you don't want it to and understandably I was rather frustrated! I'm afraid I can't recall who dealt with me but they were very helpful and positive. The other worry was when I arrived and didn't have any barrier to negotiate. It has been explained to me that there was an update in progress. On the whole my experience of the system in place is very good and I feel relieved it work so well. Well done Elaine Williams

Charlotte who checked me in was very efficient and polite, even remembered to let me know where the customer's toilet is. The lighting is good and I feel safe within the storage area.

It was easy to access. The stuff where very friendly and I felt like i was being taken care of and given all the options available.
Friendly staff who told us do we needed to know and offered us coffee or tea. The online booking is efficient and easy to use. The facilities are excellent.
