Friendly staff who told us do we needed to know and offered us coffee or tea. The online booking is efficient and easy to use. The facilities are excellent.

I have used Big Yellow before and, as then, the current rental was very easy to set up; indeed, the staff (Charlotte at one Oxford site and James at the other [both on Horspath Estate]) could not have been more helpful. The rental rate is very competitive and the half-price offer on the initial weeks of rental is an unexpected bonus!
