Sam in the Poole store was an incredible help. She guided me through my storage needs, and gave me a lot of confidence in Yellow’s security. She also has brilliant local knowledge which again gave me confidence in sending my removal company to Yellow Poole without me being there - I was confident Sam would sort any issues out.

Everything clearly explained and felt confident that my belonging would stored safely.

Sam and Michelle at Poole have been really helpful in explaining everything and giving advice as to the products, room sizes and available storage, including the changing of storage facilities should I require them
