Lovely friendly staff,easy website to use and book, some hidden fees but still affordable, good clean facilities

All members of staff, especially Louisa, Sam and Michelle, were extremely helpful and efficient and dealt with all of my queries regarding storage.

Staff were friendly, polite, confident and relaxed. I was provided a guided tour and the process fully explained. Michelle and her team were able to explain and answer a range of questions as well as guide me through the IT systems very quickly.
