It was easy to book, you got all of the information you needed beforhand and once you arrived at the storage facility the staff was really helpful and kind.

Staff were very clear on pricing and was given the correct unit for what i had to use the unit for explaining the correct information on how to use the lifts and logging in and out.

I had hired Chris, the Man with a Van as recommended by them, but not booked the storage. When Chris arrived at Big Yellow Storage, Michelle on reception, rang me at home and after I had gone there was very articulate and helpful.

Arranging storage with after hours access for short term period. Checkin and checkout with Sam. Communication with staff was superb.

Aaron was so helpful and patient and run off his feet! He comprehensively talked through everything. Very polite and professional. Nice storage units and good security.
