Throughout the whole process I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and friendly nature of the staff. Michelle and Sam were incredible, the way that they dealt with me on the phone and in person. The facility is excellent, it is clean, spacious and exceptionally well thought out. Thank you Michelle, Sam and Big Yellow for making our moving house experience so much better. Great job.
