Gemma from the Poole branch was an absolute gem, lived up to her name!! She explained everything in detail and guided us through the whole process of storage, costs and security. Very pleasant bright and informative young lady.

I feel that pricing could be done better, it feels abit like a Ryanair flight, it's this price but you've got to have this and that and suddenly its twice as much and you feel cheated.

Very well handled and great customer service all around.
