Team at Big Yellow Poole are always accommodating and do their best to find me the right room whenever I need it. The whole process of finding an appropriate room, booking it and moving in is super easy. Dealt with Tash this time and she was fantastic - friendly and helpful.

Just an easy walk through what I needed to know.

Jasmine was very patient and helped when deciding what size room we needed . She explained every process clearly and patiently answered anything I asked . Moving in was a piece of cake . Did not take long before all was moved in

I am a returning customer and both times have been good. I have not moved my goods into storage this time yet.

Everything from start to finish has been so easy. I did my initial enquiry on line and then I was contacted by the Poole team. They were always very helpful and explained the best way to make my booking and check in on line. The instructions were easy to follow and when I eventually checked in the whole experience was handled very efficiently and safely.

Very easy and quick response initially from James. Michelle was very professional and patient explaining things clearly when we popped by the office to check in a couple of days prior to moving our stuff in.
