I think it was made to be very costumer-friendly and accessable. The store team explained everything very well, and made the storage move as comfortable as possible.

Long wait to check in at reception due to having to do over documents already signed online and waiting for print outs

I was given all the information I needed about the storage facility including rough idea of the prices including insurance. I was given plenty of reservation time. And that there were other size rooms available. So I was happy with Big Yellow.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very patient with me, as I have alot going on.

It was so easy to get sorted after my first enquiry and the phone calls. Quick, easy, no fuss storage.

Initial enquiry straight through to moving things to storage have been fantastic. Lady who helped us move in had 10/10 customer service on a busy day on her own. Storage unit is brilliant.
