Very well and couldn’t have been easier

I dealt with Gemma In Poole. She helped me and kept in touch with me over several weeks as it was a house move and I was waiting and waiting for completion. She was always available whenever I rang and gave me all the information and a first class professional service. She kept me stress free with the move and answered all of my questions and gave me lots of information. I was not at Big Yellow when my removal men arrived but Gemma was there and helped them and it all went smoothly.

Process from start to finish was well managed.

Your team went out of their way to get my business. After my initial chat I decided it was worth the drive across to Poole and on arrival on a miserable, cold and rainy day we were made very welcome and revived with hot cups of tea before being offered a choice of units. Michelle made the whole process so easy once we had made our decision and as someone who has previously used Big Yellow (albeit in another town) it felt almost like coming home.

Claire and Tasha at Poole were very helpful, friendly and professional both on the phone and in person when taking over the store-room.

I enquired online late evening and the next morning I received a call about my enquiry. They went through every little detail making me feel at ease about using this facility. It being my first time using a storage facility I was impressed at what the big yellow has to offer and how helpful and friendly the staff are. The online booking and checking in was very easy to do. When going into the store we were greeted by Claire and Gemma who were very friendly and inviting. They offered their expertise into the storage process and answered any questions we had. This whole process was made very easy by Claire and Gemma both offer excellent customer service! I will definitely recommend to friends.

All was fantastic. Both Natasha and the first person I spoke with on phone were great and very helpful.
