After I made some initial enquiries online, she happened to give me a follow up call while I was already onsite and from there talked me through all my options, helped me find the best size room for my budget and needs, ensured I didn't undervalue or overpay on my insurance documentation. I was moving on a deadline under very stressful circumstances and she made everything so smooth and explained all the numbers to me plainly to ensure I understood everything. Truly a life saver for me.
