There were only one person at work so we were waiting for over an hour, causing stress later

Our experience with the company and service so far is fantastic, courtesy / follow up call from the day I had online quote was great, we don’t get the human support very often nowadays. Easy online check in. On the day of checking in, we were well looked after by Gemma who was super friendly, professional and caring. As it’s our first experience, She explained the process clearly and shown us the room to ensure whether it’s fit for purpose - which then helped us to make a decision to upgrade to a larger room before moving our stuff, time and energy saved! Thank you for your help to date.

After initially looking online, I had a follow up courtesy phone call. Gemma is a pleasure to deal with. She explained everything clearly and moving our items into our locker was a breeze.
