Gemma explained everything in a very professional and friendly manner. I was shown the unit and given a breakdown of the coatings. Excellent customer service. I had to go and discuss with family and returned next day.

The staff at Big Yellow were friendly , helpful and professional. In particular, Tasha Davis was a great help explaining everything I needed to know very clearly and thoroughly and even provided practical help in assisting me to assemble a wardrobe box.

The only thing that was not clear was that I had to pay an initial 4 weeks storage fee even though I only required the storage unit for 2 weeks

communication for the quote with Gemma was clear and prompt. emails to discuss were also prompt and clear.Everything was explained thoroughly on the view day -Tasha was very helpful and proffessional -viewed the room space .On the all aspects of using the facilities shown and explained by Michelle on completion and move in staff overall very attentive.
