The staff were very helpful and on the day of our move I realised that I requierd additional storage. This could have proved a very difficult situation as our removal lorry was parked up and could not take the furniture away with them so I spoke with Daniel and that was no bother at all he arranged for a second storage unit for the remainder of the furniture which took the stress out of my day and helped me out of a big hole.

I can't recommend The Big Yellow Self Storage Company at Poole highly enough.

This is a very nice clean safe place to store your STUFF!!! And the staff is very helpful and seem to no what they are doing. Would recommend it !

Everything was set up before we go there.I had great communication with the employers and some arrangements were needed we completed them on location. In case that you forget something or need anything extra you will find it there. DONT WORRY. BIG YELLOW IS THE ONE!!!!

I was incredibly impressed with the staff at the Poole branch. The male member of staff was very helpful and took the time to show us around different size rooms and provided us with some flexibility.
