Friendly and helpful customer service, offering good advice to find something that matched my needs.

The staff were so helpful and explained everything in great detail giving me reassurance that my items are safe. The processes you have in place (the pin system for entry etc) are also a great reassurance.

Very friendly staff at reception l. Had a tour when we got there and was how to access security doors etc.
