Amy that phoned to follow up on my internet enquiry was fantastic and I probably went with Big Yellow as opposed to the others because of her. Rob checked us in and was friendly and efficient.

Very simple. Left a message initially and was phoned back within a few days. Booked over the phone.

It was very nice and easy as Jade was really nice and accommodating. She helped us through the booking and contract, she explained it very well. Rob was also very helpful showing us 2 different sizes of the storage. They both gave us a really nice and easy time when we visited and moved out stuff in, they had informed us there was a smaller storage that became available that was perfect for us so we appreciated so much as it was a much cheaper one as well. It shows that they care about the customer and not just about the money they would have made. Really nice and good service! Will definitely recommend to others and will keep coming back.

Cheryl was amazing and helped us lots.the computer system was not working properly when I booked I think because we had two rooms, but cheryl was great and sorted it all.
