I found the staff very easy and helpful to talk to made everything seem nice and simple to pay and book my storage container can't fault anything at all

My initial enquiry was via the web which was followed up by a call back - everything was confirmed and explained and I was able to easily reserve a storage space with a flexible start date.

The lady who called me about my enquiry was great. Very friendly, answered all of my questions and made the whole process very easy.

Very easy to understand. Polite and helpful staff that answered the phone. Dealt with my queries quickly and efficiently.

The girls I spoke to were extremely pleasant and cheery. They explained everything we needed to know very clearly and succinctly.

I was so impressed, Jade and Cheryl were so helpful and I went from being apprehensive having never used storage before to feeling very comfortable and sure I'd made the right decision
