Megan was so kind helpful and friendly both on the phone and I’m person. Not having been through this process before I was so grateful for her guidance and reassurance which made the whole system as smooth and calm as possible. When we arrived she remembered me from my phone call. Such a personalised experience.

All staff extremely friendly. Especially Cheryl who was dealing with us on Sunday and she was so lovely chatting with me whilst I waited for my partner and family to arrive with our stuff. She explained all the paperwork in detail & just very helpful with any questions we had.
Customer service standards are absolutely first-rate. In particular, both Jade and Cheryl were amazing - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, instructive. Even Rob who had not been dealing with me was keen and highly professional when he briefly lent a hand too. A tremendous team and a credit to the company.
