My first contact with my enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. The staff member explained everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions.

I have found the various staff I have dealt with over the weeks preparing for the move of my stuff into one your units very friendly and helpful. Yesterday, despite several customers waiting to be seen, your member of staff could not have been more helpful and was very patient with me.

site was easy to navigate and understand, simple lay out, the only thing I would suggest is putting somewhere a clear display of how much the total initial payment would be when booking!
