Was very easy the whole process The only problem I had was with the online website continued to not work. However staff were great and assisted very much for every need

I have been served by Rob and Amy and I had everything explained to me clearly and have been shown how to access my storage room very easily.

Quite easy. Staff explained everything clearly beforehand, which made everything easy when I showed up.

I booked on line, which was very easy. Then Rob phoned me a week before with additional information and a general check in. Amy was brilliant at reception. The only thing I thought was slightly negative on the day was that the check in was an extremely long process since I actually had done it on line. In the middle of move day (which took 12hrs in the end) it could have been shorter, but otherwise happy with the service.
