Initial follow up call from Cheryl at Portsmouth was perfect - friendly and very informative

Cheryl @ portsmouth branch was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process, she has been a diamond and is a massive credit to the team!

It was really easy. I reserved a place online, then checked in online before I moved in. I also got a call from the store to confirm details and when I got there, they all helped me out. Cheryl helped me get my contract done and it was quick and easy.

I do not think the quote system online is helpful to customers. I would rather receive my outright quote whilst booking online not have someone call me up later to explain all the additional costs. However process of booking online and moving in to storage was easy for customers.

It was a little confusing trying to figure out which locker was going to fit all of our stuff but once that was sorted it was such a good experience, the big yellow staff really went out of their way to help us with all of our difficult requirements.

The booking process was easy and was explained to me thoroughly.

Nothing was too difficult for the staff at big yellow. I had Brad and he was very helpful and answered and questions that I asked. Overall it was a good service. I would definitely recommend big yellow. The price is very reasonable and if you find cheaper elsewhere big yellow do match.
