I had a variety of questions to ask when first contacting the company. All my questions were answered well and I was fully able to understand the process, fees etc by the time of the end of my initial phone call. I should hasten to state I did have a lot of questions so bravo to Keeley for her responses and the manner in which I was dealt with.
Very professionally. Everything explained in standard English. No *****. Was shown how to use my passcode and when to use it. Taken to examine the room to make sure it was size required. Advised about late night entry and extra security points upon late entry. Shown emergency contact telephone and advised on fire meeting point.

It was all very easy. Only one glitch. I had secured an insurance matching deal in a series of email exchanges. On the day of moving in, the desk staff were unaware and looked confused even when I explained the emai exchange. Not rude, just confused. Anyway after about 10 minutes of searching and with the manager now present they found it but the the manager said she would have to re-qualify the matching agreement since my inventory value was “lower” than what I was quoted for. To avoid another delay, I suggested I simply increase my “low” valuation. So we did and the proposed invoice was amended accordingly
