It was all very easy. Only one glitch. I had secured an insurance matching deal in a series of email exchanges. On the day of moving in, the desk staff were unaware and looked confused even when I explained the emai exchange. Not rude, just confused. Anyway after about 10 minutes of searching and with the manager now present they found it but the the manager said she would have to re-qualify the matching agreement since my inventory value was “lower” than what I was quoted for. To avoid another delay, I suggested I simply increase my “low” valuation. So we did and the proposed invoice was amended accordingly

I applied on line and was rang almost immediately to talk through hinges which was actually very helpful. On arrival on Monday I was made very welcome and was felt with very professionally.

I did have issues getting hold of BYS initially due to issues with nobody on the end of the phone. After many failed attempts to contact BYS via phone I went in the office which was more productive.

Very easy and straight forward to book. My only complain would be the website there is a few little things that could be update a little such as picking a security word which doesn’t allow you to pick a question. Also doing your inventory doesn’t allot you to put more than three things in.
