It was all very easy. Only one glitch. I had secured an insurance matching deal in a series of email exchanges. On the day of moving in, the desk staff were unaware and looked confused even when I explained the emai exchange. Not rude, just confused. Anyway after about 10 minutes of searching and with the manager now present they found it but the the manager said she would have to re-qualify the matching agreement since my inventory value was “lower” than what I was quoted for. To avoid another delay, I suggested I simply increase my “low” valuation. So we did and the proposed invoice was amended accordingly
