Friendly staff

The pricing is not clear at all. You think you will be paying a certain amount per week, yet there are numerous add-ons which makes the prices 3-4 times higher. This might be the same across the industry, but BigYellow would do good in making this A LOT clearer.

I had service with a smile.very friendly staff and helpfull went through everything with me.made sure i was happy with the size of the unit.made sure i understanded evertything and went though everything with me and made sure i understud everything left there very happy with the service.charlie lovey lady.

Great contact from the start... phone staff and in store staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Email confirmation and checking in online excellent.

Although happy with the price and facilities the inclusion of hhe payment for insurance was a bit sneaky. Nor mentioned at all during first contact.

Excellent service

friendly and helpful at all times, I had to change the date and possibly need extra storage and that was no problem. I was shown the storage area and was able to check it was what I needed and being on the ground floor made it easier to fill. The storage was clean and I had to wait while a whole removal van was emptied and there was somewhere warm to sit and the removal men and I were provided with several hot drinks during the morning for which no charge was made.
