Both the staff that I have dealt with were efficient and friendly , really couldn't have done anymore than they have done.

Excellent service

friendly and helpful at all times, I had to change the date and possibly need extra storage and that was no problem. I was shown the storage area and was able to check it was what I needed and being on the ground floor made it easier to fill. The storage was clean and I had to wait while a whole removal van was emptied and there was somewhere warm to sit and the removal men and I were provided with several hot drinks during the morning for which no charge was made.
