This was my first time using storage facilities, and I will say that all the staff were extremely helpful making sure that all my needs were met. A special thanks to Rob and Cheryl for making the process of obtaining my storage unit so easy. The facilities are great, clean, easy access and very secure. I came in today with a lot of inquiries about potentially renting a storage unit in the near future. I had, what I initially thought were a ridiculous amount of questions but Rob was more than happy to assist me. He never made me feel unwelcome or made me feel as though I was a burden and he answered every question I had with care, patience and obvious knowledge about the business and gave me an in depth viewing of available units.
