Super friendly lovely people on the desk

I’ve had a really excellent experience with Big Yellow Flexi Offices in Portsmouth. The site is clean, secure and very well organised, but what really makes the difference is the staff. Josh in particular is absolutely brilliant. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions without rushing. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone looking for flexible office space. Great facilities and outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly team, well maintained and easy to access storage.

Today, we visited a storage Big Yellow self Storage to arrange our storage needs. Josh, Amanda, and Kirsty were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I am moving house and have come across some really terrible problems with lack of service with basically everybody I’ve dealt with. No one seems to care anymore. Yellow Storage is completely different. I have had to change my plans about three times and dealt with three or four different people over the course of my move, and every single person could not have been more helpful, polite and respectful.. They are really flexible and ready to go along with you when your plans change - with absolutely no fuss. They have been extremely patient with me, and made a very stressful time much easier. Very impressed with the whole set up, they really do make it so easy for you, and the storage units are great. I am in business myself and understand how important customer service is and these guys have nailed it. Thank you once again to your team in Southsea. Suzanne
