offices nice and clean but a bit cold in the winter
I am moving house and have come across some really terrible problems with lack of service with basically everybody I’ve dealt with. No one seems to care anymore. Yellow Storage is completely different. I have had to change my plans about three times and dealt with three or four different people over the course of my move, and every single person could not have been more helpful, polite and respectful.. They are really flexible and ready to go along with you when your plans change - with absolutely no fuss. They have been extremely patient with me, and made a very stressful time much easier. Very impressed with the whole set up, they really do make it so easy for you, and the storage units are great. I am in business myself and understand how important customer service is and these guys have nailed it. Thank you once again to your team in Southsea. Suzanne

Nice n Easy, got shown the locker before anything else went through then, all admin was carried out nicely by Kirsty and Amanda. Very Friendly and a good chat while carrying everything out.
