Why did I choose Yellow storage in Portsmouth above another local company who had offered me the same space cheeper. Simply because of the great staff. Thank you. Moving is stressfull and I really had to find the cheepsest but the staff here helped in every way possible and always happy even on a Sunday morning. The building is local and with easy safe access.
Kelvin was brilliant - he took me through everything carefully and he was also very understanding given that my Mum had recently passed away and I was storing her possessions in self storage. He went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of both beforehand and on-the-day. A truly 10/10 customer experience. The on-line check-in and regular email updates were spot on too.
We were helped to choose the storage room size we needed, and taken through the paper work by James. He was helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient. I am impressed by the organised and user-friendly style of Big Yellow.
An excellent facility for us moving back to the UK from France. Easy to arrange, easy access to the Ferry Port. The facilities are superb. Nothing is too much problem and the staff are both friendly and very helpful. The storage room was just right, dry and secure and has taken the worry off of where to place furniture while co-ordinating a European move back to the Uk.
