The people were friendly although the process does seem a bit ‘heavy’

It was very easy booking before hand and on the day of moving in. Paperwork was easy, however I didn’t get any time or option to read what I was signing. I was just told scroll to this page sign and this sign

Very helpful and not lots of call backs chasing

Easy enough tho a lot of do' and dont's....also no 24 hour access unless you pay a premium....not good....no others do this

Megan was great

Sasha was lovely! We were in the process of removing our furniture and putting it into storage when we realised that our belongings would not fit into the 150ft storage. We popped in to see her and she put our minds at ease (and reduced our stress levels) and promptly secured another 100ft room before it was taken online! Her colleagues, Megan and Karl were just as good and professional. Thank you all!

Once served by Megan, it was fantastic, she was very busy on another call, the other two members in the store totally ignored me, one was sat on a computer and the other did her best to avoid looking at me from an office behind, she seemed to be more interested in their mobile phone.

Was very easy to sort out
