Good service and reasonable price

Great price, and when we came down and spoke to Karl he went through everything, answered our questions and very nice to deal with

Booking was simple staff were in constant communication and made the whole process easy and painless

I have received excellent customer service from Karolina. Even though it’s first time I use such a service, she made everything very simple and clear. She answered my questions and she seemed very genuine in what she was doing which is quite rare

Good easy service

Pre-service was poor. Karl gave me false information clearly in order to make more money from me. Some of his ‘facts’ in email were fundamentally incorrect as was revealed when I turned up. He needs retraining and educating as to what is sales, and what is fraud and deception. Experience in the day could not have been better. Karoline was absolutely superb.

Karl was very frienly and polite, he answered all of our questions and seemed keen on giving us a good experience!
