The process was delivered with precise knowledge of the business. Karl from the Reading site knew every step by step detail , so that I had a full understanding of the facilities. Was made to feel very welcomed and a valued customer. Extremely happy with the service I have received.

Online booking and Check in was very user friendly and Sacha on Saturday was extremely welcoming and efficient when we dropped off.

The initial enquiry was handled brilliantly, a member of the team called me after my reservation to explain the process and let me know about the online check in. In store Sasha took me through everything very well and provided a great customer experience.

The lady I spoke to over the phone (Jordan) for my initial enquiry about using storage for the first time was really lovely and helpful. She provided all the information I needed and I ended up holding a storage unit for the following weekend.

The staff who served me shows high professionalism and will recommend him to any one requiring assistance or help.

Matt did our initial enquiry and was amazed how easy he made it for us. We had to change the date several times and was never made to feel a nuisance, even though I was totally embarrassed about it. Anyway it all happened this week and we checked in with Karl at the store and I couldn't fault him, everything was just perfect.

I think it was informative as any confusion would be my fault on miss inturperation of information.
