I booked online, and the store team followed up with me by phone straightaway next day. That made for a good first impression. On arrival at the site, check in was friendly, welcoming, and informative, and the facility was well presented. Throughout, I've been impressed by how professional the Big Yellow team is, great customer service seems to be at the heart of what you do. I rarely give top marks for service - in this case, they're very well deserved!
