Excellent service by sales person.

Karl responded to emails very quickly, he followed up on requests for further quotes very quickly and made extremely helpful suggestions to make sure that we picked the option that would suit our needs best. We ordered a self storage space and were confident that we made the right choice thanks to Karl's calculations on storage size and his good advice.

Excellent customer service, and very kiddy friendly! Eli was a thorough and answered all my many questions patiently, and both she and Karl went to great lengths​to help me cram my packing boxes into my car, in the rain no less. Couldn't have managed without them.

Service from Karl was beyond first rate. Karl was very helpful and explained things thoroughly and Karl was very easy to get along with. Word has already spread about Karl, that his ears must be burning. It's rare to find anyone this helpful and that's my honest opinion. If I had a customer facing company, Karl would be at the top of list.

The reception team are very helpful. I am impress that they matched the price of their opponent. Also, we enjoy the flexibility of its insurance policy. We are very please that we chose the right place as I did compare the different storage facility in Reading. Having said that, today I have encountered a problem with the lighting in our R area, the light switched off only after a minute or two. I have to walk back to the top of the middle corridor to have it set off with the sensor. I hope it won't happen again as it is annoying that the light switched off when we are in the middle of stacking the boxes.
