from the point of interest I had a lovely phone call from MIchael, I was having some problems and he was very helpful, and just welcoming and friendly. when we arrived to go through all the paper work it was so simple and easy, love the facilities, everything was top notch, really impressed!

The reception was perfect. Not only she helped me found the right storage, but gave me confident that my items are safe and sound. Friendly and very professional. Will definitely recommend Big yellow to others.

The Big Yellow website was very useful and helped me make an informed decision about what size storage space I needed. The quotation and reservation process was quick. The professionalism of the experience reassured me I had selected a well managed storage organization. I worked with Michael at the Reading location, he called to follow up on my reservation request. He answered any additional questions I had concerning the paperwork and what I would need on the day to complete the reservation process. He was very helpful and communicated all the details of using the facility in a easy to understand and straightforward manner. It was a pleasure working with him and I will recommend Big Yellow to all my friends.

The level of service was good however the prices quoted online don't seem to be accurate as they do not reflect the cost of insurance. It was also not mentioned to me that my padlock would not be accepted in store and therefore I had to pay £13 to buy one from you. Had I known this I could have bought a compatible one for much cheaper elsewhere. The online quote should include a rough estimate of the cost of insurance so customers know what they are expected to pay and don't get any surprises on the day of check-in.
