I made the booking on-line and the team were fully expecting me on the day I had provisionally booked as the start date. Everything was handled extremely well and professionally: the costs were fully outlined and the entry/exit procedures were clearly explained and demonstrated.

Quick Google search for a facility in my area. Followed by a quick phone call to a chirpy representative. Checked in online. Chirpy lady greets me at the facility. Contacts signed, payment made, orientation session brief. Moved in.

They are great solved everything

It was extremely simple and professionally handled. The three people I dealt with were all excellent: both friendly and efficient (Nikki, Harry and Paul)

I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everything was explained to me in detail and the staff were well informed and have an excellent attitude towards their job and customers.

I enquired about a price match. We agreed on the price but I also need same day access. Paul was fantastic in arranging it all.

The process could not have been easier or more straightforward. Harry and Paul were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me arrange my storage.
