I wish I'd have seen a breakdown of the charges to pay before paying. It is currently listed verbally but would have preferred to have something to look at.

Anthony at the Richmond branch was incredibly friendly and helpful, we really couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Initial enquiry went well, a found a cheaper quote so it was beaten by big yellow. The process from my first chat seemed easy enough to understand. I did feel a little hounded by the number of calls in the day’s prior to me moving in though.

All handled in a helpful, calm and friendly way by Paul.

When I rang the storage facility I was under a lot of pressure....! After my initial conversation with Nicky I was reassured and almost excited by the prospect...! I later spoke Paul and was equally surprised and delighted by the continued continuity of excellent customer service and genuine care and consideration for others....! I have enjoyed an incredible experience with this company.

I started online which was simple. Richmond then have me a ring and provided since extra information. Check in process was very simple

I only decided on Saturday I needed storage and called your number. I was able to turn up first thing on Sunday to use the facility I was short on time and Paul was really helpful in getting me set up and in my storage room as quickly as possible. He was fast, efficient and polite!

From my initial inquiry to moving in today the experience was great. This was due to Paul at the Richmond branch who was an absolute star nothing was too much trouble.

Harry has been very helpful and understanding. He made everything very easy
