Great customer service and the price match

Service was great, Nikki & Rebekah v helpful, discounted first 2 months price was good and space was good size, clean & secure.

Very good start to end experience. Tom (@ Richmond branch) is very helpful, friendly, knows his product and genuine.

Very helpful and efficient staff at the Richmond branch (Tom). I checked in online which saved time and Tom was able to find me a ground floor unit at no extra cost.

lovely service, decent price, easy to organise

The two ladies (Sammy and her colleague) were extremely helpful and clear in helping us pick the right storage unit. A complimentary tea was certainly a nice touch, too, on a cold day!
