Used Big Yellow before so it was easy to book and move in. Only complaint is the detail needed on the inventory and the Insurance problem. My Contents Insurance covers all my property in store, Policy says £5000 out of my house, ie in Big Yellow. Why do I need a statement from my insurance to say that. Lso why do I need Insurance anyway. You state that you are not responsible, why can I not self insure my own property?
Overall fine but there were FAR too many emails, some duplicated.
It was all explained very well so there was nothing unexpected. I though the customer service shown was exemplary. It was a positive experience.

I phoned and my enquiry was handled excellently I was offered to come in to see the different sizes of storage available which was lovely as I was unsure what I needed.
Big yellow is expensive. Staff are great though.
I cannot fault the service or facilities I have experienced so far..
