The staff at Big Yellow Self Storage in Richmond were wonderful and incredibly helpful. I had no idea that moving my possessions could be so stress free. Paul was so kind and reassuring. Honestly I don't think there could be a better group of people involved in storage and I have had a lot of experience of storage issues throughout my working life and this was this best by far.
