I genuinely haven't experience customer service as strong as that delivered by Tom in your Richmond store/facility. For one, he was actually listening to my requirements and happy to spend the time exploring options to ensure I had the right service. He also explained to processes, steps and make it very easy to understand what was being taken out. Finally, he went above and beyond havig listened to why I needed a storage unit and remembered (when I hadn't!) 5 hours later and called to add out-of-hours access - without that I would have been truly scuppered! Very impressed.

Rebekah and Tom have been very understanding and accommodating - our house sale was delayed over a period of a month and I had to rebook our removals to storage several times. This was never a problem and they dealt with the whole booking and moving process in a very professional and pleasant way. I chose Big Yellow because it was the nearest storage centre to me, but the lovely staff make it a great option.

Very attentive and helpful in getting everything in place by the required date, explaining terms, access arrangements, facilities, costs etc etc.
