So far so good.

I can only speak for my experience with Sarah from the branch, and she was brilliant. Nursed me through the process as I was shattered from my home move! Went well beyond what I expected, and the unit itself was good value thanks to the price match. Happy customer!

Very helpful staff, Sarah Payas made the whole process painless and was very friendly and efficient. Sarah also was a huge help by recommending a removal service (Sean) to help us move out and get everything into storage.

It was a fairly quick and efficient service and I felt as though my contents will be secure.

Great service but the insurance requirement is unreasonable. It's also not shown clearly as an upfront cost. So overall the price is high.
