Store manager was excellent. Exemplary customer service.

Excellent customer service Sara from the front desk stayed overtime on a saturday evening to let me checking the boxes from my apartment move and took extra time to make sure I have all security and fire / health and safety briefing. She went a lot out of her way to help me and even helped me moving some of the trolleys around... This makes a big difference between a self storage and a storage company with people that care to help.

I am currently using the Big Yellow storage Richmond (Paradise Villas). I initially got a quote from Tim over the phone and he was so helpful that I and then made a visit and was helped by the store manager Sammi in person. If it wasn't for the helpfulness and professionalism of these 2 members of staff, i would not have decided to go with Big Yellow. They are friendly, warm and consummate professionals, even though I believe Tim is new the team. They are truly a credit to the Big Yellow family.
