Friendly staff

Sam was very friendly, remembered / recognized who I was when I came in, following our initial reservation phone call. It was clear that she knew our history at Big Yellow and she made every effort to be accomadating on fees. She gave me time to chose the right unit for me since I specifically wanted to use the smallest unit possible to save on fees. She was very thorough and detailed in her explanation of the rules, specifically the new safety rules and reminding me of my out of hours code. I have nothing but high praise for the way she handled my intro and her overall client friendly approach to our interaction.

The online check-in, the processing of the application in the office, the move in of my stuff into the room - all went smoothly. No complaints. Thank you.

Very easy to deal with and friendly staff. The moving guy recommender was also very good. The price of the storage is still a little higher though
