Very happy with Big Yellow - the guys at the site were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Can't fault anything really - a lift that could take two fully-stacked trolleys at the same time maybe!
I used Big Yellow as over-flow when I moved house, which more or less saved my life. The facility was a couple of minutes from my new house and gave me the extra space I needed to make the move manageable. Facilities were nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
From first checking, when manager was very happy to discuss rates that worked for me, to checking out, when staff were happy to offer a discount on boxes and tape, we enjoyed our whole Big Yellow experience
It sometimes occur that, during the weekend, there is not enough staff to be at the same time in reception and able to help customers within the store.
Over many years my partner and I used 4 different spaces within the same location. As our own accommodation grew we needed to store less. We were able to adapt our storage needs with ease. Communicating with the staff so as to ensure that we could get the spaces that best suited our needs without having to change location. We began with a 35sq ft space and ended with a 9sq ft space
Yellow storage is a very convenient, relliable and felxible storage solution. Our business requirements change frequemtly and Yellow Storage is able to respond quickly to those and cost effectively.
The service I have experienced over the last, nearly 4 years now has been very good. I am going to be moving shortly date not confirmed and this has made me look at the costs, they are not as reasonable as some but have a convenient location. A drinks machine when I have been there for some time would be a nice to have but not a must have. I will advise what I am doing when I have decided and have a move date.
