Overall sofar good but it is only early days so cannot comment about the whole period

I contacted Melissa on the day we needed the storage. I rang at 7.50 am and she answered and was very helpful. I was then able to organise collection of all the items from a store. Melissa was helpful and friendly throughout the process

The attendance was great, personal service was top priority. The level of technology was high but it was well explained, step-by-step until understood. Multi tasking was no problem for the staff member.

A pleasure to deal with professional staff like Melissa and Alfie.

Easy to get signed up for a room - was ready within 1/2 an hour. Facilities are convenient, very clean and easy to use. Only drawback was a very heavy hour of rain which led to us being a little flooded. However, staff looked after us, gave us a new room and the move was effected with minimal fuss.

Very helpful staff, who even made me a cup of tea when all household items were moved into storage! Nice, clean environment. Excellent value with the 8 weeks for the price of 4 offer.

I was given exaustive explanations and details for a total trasparency in every moment from different members of the staff. Thanks.

my boyfriend and I checked into the big yellow last weekend - we needed a temporary storage location for our belongings between moving house. The big yellow rates online were reasonable (50% discount) and the staff call back to help with the arrangment of the storage was useful. When we went to check in however there was a delay in opening the store due to staff illness. This delayed us by about 30mins, but to make up for it the staff member on duty let us check into our storage before we did the admin check in as he knew we were time precious due to hiring a van for the move. He also arranged for us to have a bigger storage room when we realised that the origional room reserved would not be big eough and gave us a discount to take into account the inconvenience of the 30 mins delay. Overal a great experience, friendly helpful staff and good service.

I had a leaking roof at home and needed to store goods quickly before they were ruined. The staff were excellent, and with-in one hour of finding the leak l was able to start moving my goods.
