could not fault in anyway staff who know what they are doing and very friendly

All in all a great service. However, the processing procedure on arrival takes too long. I had a hired man with a van on a meter so the time I spent filling in forms and being informed of various clauses meant I couldn't help unload my stuff. This resulted in a higher moving bill with the removal company.

As I relocate to work overseas Big Yellow gives me everything I am looking for; peace of mind that my possessions are safe, secure and readily accessible when I want them with the added flexibility of being able to up/down size my requirements with ease.

Thanks for making my transitional move into storage so easy to deal with! Joanne, Ollie and Ashley were extremely helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. The space was clean and adequate for the amount of stuff (as estimated over the phone). One small thing, when I attempted to check in online the webpage wasn't working properly so I ended up paying a bit more for my removal men. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy experience!

Both Joanna & her colleague that I spoke to on the phone before arriving made an enormous difference with using Big Yellow in Richmond. They were polite, incredibly helpful, professional and a real asset to the business.

I feel confident and happy I chose the Richmond self storage facility. The staff were extremely helpful and it was all a very pain free process organizing moving my flat into a unit.

Big Yellow Richmond is the second Big Yellow I've used. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even at the very end of the day! THe building overall appears a lot smaller than others but there are a surprising number of storage spaces available inside! Kind staff moved me to a nearer room to the entrance because I had lots to move on my own :) Really good rates and offers. My little room was big enough to store a piano, small furniture and many boxes and odds and ends! The only criticism is sometimes you're on hold on the telephone for ages, however there are never more than two staff in the office so fair enough! Will recommend Little Yellow Richmon to anyone!

The location of the store makes it very useful and not a big pain to venture to and from. The staff is helpful and friendly and explains the various facets clearly. This overall is a good product and service from in my opinion.
